Returns Policy

We hope you love your Bodiskin pieces as much as we loved creating them.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and all shipments include tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way. Express shipping is complimentary on Qualifying Orders*, with estimated delivery times shown at checkout depending on your destination. Need it sooner? Please get in touch with concierge and they will help wherever possible.

If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in their original packaging
• with all tags attached

Because our signature CollaGlow™ fabric contains skin-active ingredients, we’re unable to accept returns on garments that have been worn or washed.

*Qualifying Orders: Complimentary express delivery is available to selected addresses within the destinations:

• United Kingdom (Mainland)
• United Arab Emirates (Dubai)
• Australia (Mainland)
• Selected destinations within the United States

Complimentary shipping is applied automatically at checkout on eligible orders. Eligibility is determined by order value, delivery location and applicable shipping costs, and is confirmed automatically at checkout. Where an order or destination falls outside our complimentary shipping criteria, any applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed before payment.

Additional destinations shall become eligible over time.

Return Shipping

We recommend that any returns are sent using a tracked shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case our team will of course make it right.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

International Orders

For international orders, any duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your local customs authority are not included in your Bodiskin order total and are non-refundable.

Q: How long does the collagen last for?

A: Our proprietary formulation of collagen and skincare ingredients are integrated into the fabric itself, engineered to maintain its skincare technology up to and beyond 50 washes when cared for in accordance with our wash instructions. To protect the longevity your Bodiskin’s, follow our wash instructions closely and wash inside our microfibre wash bags, provided with every clothing purchase.

Q: How do I care for the fabric?

A: Our fabrics contain active skincare infusions. To help protect the performance and longevity of your Bodiskin’s, follow our wash instructions, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, avoiding fabric softeners, tumble drying and wash clothing inside our microfibre wash bags, provided with every clothing purchase. 

Q: Is Bodiskin suitable for intense workouts?

A: Yes! Bodiskin fabrics are engineered for movement, combining skincare benefits such as hydrating and moisturising your skin, together with high quality fabric performance for stretch, support, breathability and moisture management suitable for pilates, strength training, yoga and everyday wear. 

Q: Are the Bodisuits squat-proof and non-see-through?

A: Yes! A: Bodiskin has been thoughtfully designed to complement a wide range of body shapes and follows standard international sizing. We have included measurement size charts and a detailed size guide on each of our product pages to help you find your ideal fit.
