Returns Policy

We hope you love your Bodiskin pieces as much as we loved creating them.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and all shipments include tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way. Express shipping is complimentary on every order, to every destination we deliver to, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, United Arab Emirates and Singapore. Complimentary shipping is applied automatically at checkout, and shipping will show as free before payment. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Need it sooner? Please get in touch with concierge and they will help wherever possible. We're adding new destinations regularly. If your country isn't available at checkout, please get in touch with us, we'd love to hear from you. 

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery, provided items are returned:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in their original packaging
• with all tags attached

Because our signature CollaGlow™ fabric contains skin-active ingredients, we’re unable to accept returns on garments that have been worn or washed.

Return Shipping

Returns on unworn Bodiskin are complimentary. To start a return or exchange, contact concierge@bodiskin.com within 15 days of delivery and we'll send you a prepaid, tracked return label. Please use the label provided and original packaging for all returns and exchanges sent back to us.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

International Orders

All import duties and taxes are included in your order total. Bodiskin pays them on your behalf, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Q: Does the collagen and skincare technology in the fabric actually work?

A: Yes! Our proprietary CollaGlow™ fabrics have been independently clinically tested by an ISO-certified cosmetics laboratory and tested by dermatologists. Our proprietary fabric formulations are unique to Bodiskin, including all our fabrics and skin delivery technology.

Q: How long does the collagen last for?

A: Our proprietary formulation of collagen and skincare ingredients are integrated into the fabric itself, engineered to maintain its skincare technology up to and beyond 50 washes when cared for in accordance with our wash instructions. To protect the longevity of your Bodiskins, follow our wash instructions closely and wash inside our microfibre wash bags, provided with every clothing purchase.

Q: How do I care for the fabric?

A: Our fabrics contain active skincare infusions. To help protect the performance and longevity of your Bodiskins, follow our wash instructions, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, avoiding fabric softeners, tumble drying and wash clothing inside our microfibre wash bags, provided with every clothing purchase. 

Q: Is Bodiskin suitable for intense workouts?

A: Yes! Bodiskin fabrics are engineered for movement, combining skincare benefits such as hydrating and moisturising your skin, together with high quality fabric performance for stretch, support, breathability and moisture management suitable for pilates, strength training, yoga and everyday wear. 

Q: Are the Bodisuits squat-proof and non-see-through?

A: Yes! Our proprietary fabrics have been designed and tested to provide confidence in every moment of movement, with thoughtful details for support in all the right places, gussets for enhanced comfort, a smooth fit and excellent breathability. All while CollaGlow™ delivers clinically proven skin hydration benefits as you wear Bodiskin.

Q: Is Bodiskin suitable outside of workouts?

A: Absolutely! Bodiskin is designed to transition seamlessly between studio to street to travel, errands and everyday wear, combining skincare with elevated styling. With integrated UPF 50+ protection, Bodiskin helps protect covered skin from harmful UV rays wherever the day takes you.

A: Bodiskin has been thoughtfully designed to complement a wide range of body shapes and follows standard international sizing. We have included measurement size charts and a detailed size guide on each of our product pages to help you find your ideal fit. 

Q: How quickly will I receive my order?
